My motivation
My past mostly involved leadership, in particular the leadership of a company, my own capabilities to lead, my role model and my ability as a leader, to develop and appoint managers, who are constantly in an awareness process, that only those who are capable to lead oneself, may lead others.
Managers who are able to live a respectful leadership. Leadership that focuses on the whole person – mind, soul and body. Those who make the interest in the person tangible. Leadership that addresses the entire potential, all talents and skills and even arouses interest and gives room to the characteristics of the individual, who are in search of evolvement.
Leadership that aims and aspires to foster the growth of the people entrusted to its direction. This is something that should be encouraged in all respects. Leadership upon which a high standard of quality is placed, that leverages the power inherent to a particular position and seizes the initiative to tap into the full human potential and help people to excel beyond their perceived limitations. That paves pathways that have been and are inaccessible to them due to a lack of self-love and self-worth, poor self-esteem, or an environment that does not support them. Ultimately, it is also a matter of consciously engaging with higher guidance, placing one’s trust in it, and relying on its aid. Of believing and trusting that when we don’t know how to go on, we’re not alone.
Almost as much time I spend with leadership I have been focusing on the topic healing.
After all, good leadership causes a healing atmosphere – a sense of well-being. Healing is achievable when it is possible to awaken the self-healing power. To raise awareness for what is necessary to be healed. To be changed. To overcome the extremes of polarity. To learn and to teach. A leadership task – a self-leading task. An individual and collective task.
Always searching for the cause of salvation and disaster. As long as one cannot find the cause of an illness, the healing is not possible. Mind, body and soul are complex. Everything is connected. Everything interdependent. Everything has to be in a flow or in harmony to be healthy. The influencing factors are versatile.Thoughts, belief systems, words, actions and the environment are the sources. To make the effect transparent and raise awareness is difficult and time consuming and requires commitment and dedication. Medication often falls short. It alleviates pain but does not eliminate the cause.
A higher guidance is also present in treatment and therapy for healing. Healing from a helicopter perspective might be associated with this.
Companies, organisations, institutions, and families are also “organisms” whose health – that is, whose energy status – must be safeguarded. Values, behaviours, structures, processes, and many other factors that are either intact and positive or damaging and harmful represent not only sources of inefficiency or effectiveness, but also causes of wellbeing or suffering.
They can make those who are permanently subjected to them mentally, emotionally, and physically ill, leading to burnout and exhaustion. They can destroy immense potential – in most cases with lasting effect. Through our own individual character, polarity, behaviour – our energy status – each one of us is the source and starting point of energies that can be creative, destructive, or both. Of energies that can have a positive or negative effect on us as individuals, as well as on other people with whom we are connected. Healing or debilitating
Accordingly, healing processes are also a factor in companies and businesses. Especially when we strive for sustainable performance and a consistently high energy level within the organisation – when we seek an environment that is healthy and intact. When we want to create a place from which we can draw strength and energy, one that facilitates sustainable high-level performance based on individual and collective well-being, and that does not result in exhaustion and burnout.
To achieve this, awareness is required. If we make people’s well-being the focus of the entrepreneurial mindset and practice, of our collective action, if we acknowledge it as a pivotal driving force for creative processes, then we must take care of its energy. We need to foster its energy management as well as that of the collective, which together work to achieve entrepreneurial performance.
This conscious awareness is where my focus lies. For clarity about the fact that leadership – both self-leadership and external leadership – as well as healing are mutually dependent. I have also written two books on this subject. We not only need to learn to lead ourselves and others, we also have to understand how to heal ourselves and what prevents healing in ourselves and others. To discover and activate our capacity for self-healing.
Over a long period of time a wish has grown in meto help people to discover and to activate their self-healing power. To become a healer and to sustainably maintain people’s health and joie de vivre.
In order to realize this big dream I have undertaken many steps.
I spend many years on education to become an energy practitioner and spiritual healer – Spiritual healing by professor Johannes Sauter 30 years ago; energetic massage by Petra Boss; months in a retreat in Thailand with the monk Master Han Shan, and much more. Eventually I successfully completed another extensive education as an „energetic spiritual healer“ at the „Schule der Geistheilung ® “ (School of spiritual healing) based on Horst Krohne. I meditated for hours daily.
Leadership – Healing – Love: These are my topics. hey act synergistically. They are mutually reinforcing their effect.
Love for oneself and love for one’s neighbour is what binds everything together. What orchestrates everything. The love that is in our hearts and the divine love that nourishes the love in our hearts. The love that empowers our hearts to radiate so much love in every second of our lives. To radiate unstoppable, unceasing, uninterrupted, unconditional love. Our ability to transform the love in our hearts into compassion, affection, acceptance, and devotion to ourselves and our neighbour heals us and heals others. We are chosen, appointed in one way or another to be healers or to become one. I would like to contribute to the healing process of many.
